-Using waves lite wallet in chrome.
-Generated address. recorded seed.
-Entered address address field under my account on waves site and saved.
-Received and completed transfer confirmation emails.
-Its been ≈4 days and they're still not showing up.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi! It is semi-automatic process. When the Waves team will start the next stage of the withdrawal process, you will get your Waves.
There was a lot of not correct addresses, so the Waves team sorted a lot of addresses manually.
Please make sure that you have kept your seed and you checked it (see manual - 03.How can I check that Im using the correct seed?)
