My order info has been sent AGAIN via PM.

And citing a lack of communication is not a stupid comment, your post had only mentioned problems within a 4 hr period previous to your posting.  As you can see my order was placed well before that and I had reported it immediately as well.  No response from Bitinstant until your post last night.  You also mentioned that most outstanding orders had been PMed.  I was not and my PM was not responded to either.

Checking PM now.

EDIT: It processed about 20 minutes ago, I also sent an extra 1 BTC to cover the fees that you paid.
