When you gamble, Make your own rules, and FOLLOW them strictly.
I have a lot of rules when I gamble, I have "fun" money whether it be bitcoin or cash. [2]I don't ever lose more than that what I had set aside for the fun money.
[3]Also-know when to quit when you are ahead, I don't ever set a goal for how much I want to be up, because if you are so close to that amount, you might never hit it and then be out of money.
