I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc

I got same issue like you. I know at the end (with my methods) i will lose my money in gambling.
But after i postponning to not make bet or play. I just keep make bet until today.
Self controlling and understanding is the best way to not got addicted in gambling.
You must know how to control yourself. If you don't want to become one of the addicted gamblers our there. Stop betting or playing. Because once started, it is hard for you to stop. You must know how to stop as early as you can. Just a bit of advice. hehe
It's so hard to control myself when on gambling. Especially when you win some but you want more and keep gambling and you become addictive. It's become a problem and makes you lose in the end.
Based on my experience, if i win once, i will already stop for me to not lose a lot of money. Im just gambling when bored and once I win I will stop. But there are times that I can't win, but I dont want to think That i need to get back the money because the more I bet the more I am losing a lot of money.
