For me not all bitcoin user is russian because we are worldwide using bitcoin so i think russian not most all of user of bitcoin
Not all russian are scammer you dont have any proof that all of russian is a scammer. I think scammer is good in hiding their identity so for not all russian is scammer there are only few russians.
