Guys may trick ba kayo kung paano ito matanggal, nagpost lang ako sa facebook biglang lumabas itong message.

If you think you're seeing this by mistake, please let us know."
Unless you are confident that you didn't do anything malicious, there is nothing you can do but just wait.
What I can recommend is to avoid posting copyrighted or inappropriate content.
If you continue to do this and FB continues to block you, they will eventually close your account.
