It depends on what your account is levelled at, though, so you might not be making very much initially. The money members of campaigns make is typically quite small and low initially, and after a few months you get something decent. Signature campaigns are far more effective than the other methods you've tried with so far though.

Faucets give you way too little, mining probably also gives you way too little unless you've invested a lot onto the mining hardware, and gambling is unreliable at best, so take that as you will.
