I got same issue like you. I know at the end (with my methods) i will lose my money in gambling.
But after i postponning to not make bet or play. I just keep make bet until today. Undecided

Self controlling and understanding is the best way to not got addicted in gambling.

Gambling is like an addicted sport but you cant get better in it because the machine always wins. You are addicted to the sport/game not to the money.
