I have updated the ICO terms with the crowdfund starting today and ending on the 26th July. (36 days)

Just to double check. The signature campaign is only for Full members and above, right (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1514971.0)? And the ICO is for everyone?

I think it's not clear for people and for me neither...
