Profit and having fun is always there. But gambling is just for fun. But if you win that is actually your bonus. The problem here is when you can't stop betting and betting until your money had all gone.
Having fun without noticing the profit is good I think. And at the same time add a butterzone when your gambling. That's how I think you should do while playing to avoid being stress.
