How about just make it one final "batch" and just release the tokens to investors who paid 30k BTC for this?

As I have repeatedly said -

Someone still has not added a wave address. Someone used not correct waves address, someone added the address of the residence, someone used a Bitcoin address, someone used the number of tokens that they wish to send. Someone does not come into their account.

And all of this Waves team has to process so that every participant received their Waves.
And amidst all this, the team had paid almost all tokens - about 72M of 85M ICO Waves
