I think right now who has BTC can wait with the sale, who has no BTC can buy, although it is supposed to do this, as early as October 2015.

Yeah, that's the right thing to do now .but in the case right this week is good to buy because the price of bitcoin goes down.i think it is the last time that it will go down like this price.

Good time to buy now, price is relatively low now, so if you have a plan to buy then you should buy it today, as you never know what will be the price tomorrow.

Exactly, this is a good time to buy because the price goes down a bit and by doing this you can easily earn bitcoins with short term investment. I am buying now to back my statement because I have a good feeling that the price will reach to 800 dollars before the halving.

I think that this is a good time to sell because I believe that after the halving the price is going to drop again.
So after the halving you can use your profit to buy more coins if you want to.

If you are planning to sell then better to wait for some more time as price will rise before the halving, so that will be the perfect time for you to sell to get higher profits.
