Which is why you should pay attenton to the announcement, it is not really impossible to win if you really pay attention to that besides that it is a giveaway / contest and afterall not everyone could win this, changing the formal wont help at all basically this is a free money and people will find another way on keep on 'winning' it in the end
It doesn't really matter, after 2nd minute we see 10+ predictions. That's impossible except an inside job. I think they tell some people the announcement time so the money stays inside. Seems tricky and very possible to do.
