Is there any particular reason why the "Marketing Manager" of your project has the ability to sign messages from your cold storage? I would think that someone with "risk" or "blockchain" in their job title would be the one in possession of bitcoin private keys.

I don't care where the btc came from as long as they have it. Does it really matter if the btc they show us is the investors or their own? No. As long as the btc are used to further the project im ok with them doing as they please.
