About the partnership with IBM and Microsoft, do you have a SOW agreement? Maybe you can show the contract with IBM and Microsoft, it will give ICO a extra boost.
Will there be a detailed 8k report on how the money has been spend? How much those people are earning per hour for creating those DApss?
Will you register your coin at SEC? Will RISE have a main office were people can contact the team localy? What will be the registration number?
I believe those are all valid question for a ICO that raise almost $1,000,000
