ITS LIKE THIS ... when waves was on ICO stage everybody bought there was so much invested that every person ended with a piece of the cake and is people thinking that jumping from one ICO to another they are going to profit .. i guess POLONIEX is waiting for the right moment to Launch Waves ... i think everyone here got at least 2BTC of rise around 120K and they want to dump some once RISE hits an exchange so ill be waiting to buy at 900sats Cheesy
