its his career what do you expect?
he buys from the cheaper price on ICO and then dump the token for profit. if he invested 200 btc, he could earn more than 5 btc with it. but if it turn out that RISE will not be on exchange for days. mind you this guy will shout his fullest and create accounts to fud. look how waves turn out.
