1 - you could possibly be engaging in a trade with someone via LBC and would be instructing whoever you are "selling" your BTC to send the fiat to your LBC trading partner.
2 - Are you willing to send BTC to some party who you deem to be trustworthy enough that would be able to guarantee that you either receive the wire transfer or that you receive your BTC back?
