In the future it will be possible for the project to make payments with those waves, or even to offer them on the market for a higher price: this is only advantageous for the whole project and investors, but don't expect the morons to understand it, so let's buy those waves while their cheap.

You forget to mention he is buying those coins from people who invested in him and his project to end up getting screwed selling the coins at a loss.

It's a ~~marketing~~ trading strategy besides no one pushing them to sell low, i thought the one you qouted had already explained it to you. And in my opinion the DEV is being generous to buy all your coins at that price. If you ask me, ill let it plummet to the lowest it can be before i buy it with ICO fund. The fund for the project to continue is already at their hand, hopefully they will use it accordingly and finish the project without delay.
