That's a very nice psu at a great price, but if you don't have 208/240v then you have to go with something like the EVGA 1600P, which runs very well at 110/120v on a 20amp circuit.
Where is our block? 15+ hours and counting.....
P.S. there's no point counting blocks in hours ...
