Do you preffer a rotator instead of a list? I'll try to put this option too 
It doesn't matter if it is a rotaror or a list (at least for me) what i find more important is to udate your list and remove the dry and non paying faucets which is the hardest part imo cause you have to do it at least once a day.If users use the report system is easy to keep up to date..
