no , m not appreciate with your concern.cos BTC price up/down every single days and if i receive my salary though bTC then it will be effect on my income and range.. 
To be fair, if you compare any currency against the USD every currency is fluctuating as well however the volatility is not as strong as BTC which is more like a precious metal.
