better to search it yourself. use google and youtube to fine what you want.
I searched in youtube and found lots of video tutorials about making faucets, and lots of videos about faucets and how it works.
but I would like to suggest you one thing. without google adsense you can't get enough profit from faucets. because you need to giveaway money also with a faucet and if you can't get an ad network which give you sufficient money, you can't run the faucet for long time.
Here, i am not understanding how a user and a faucet website getting earn by solving captcha etc.
