It's quite typical for scammers to try and turn the table and call this forum a scam.
All you have to do to prove you are legitimate is provide a domain name or IP address of a public facing website so we can verify you host your own servers. Don't you have a domain name? Or do your customers somehow find you and email you at a gmail address?
Keep your scam on BTCJamTM
I never called the forum a scam, I said it was a typical response on this forum for any service or post. As I am sure you are well aware.
We do have a domain name.
www.scottishsecurity.net but it's not hosted on our own servers and its just a general website.
we felt it best to leave our domain on a big hosting company not on our on network for security reason.
1. Being websites are the first attack vector for most hackers. So we decided we would keep the website off our own network. this stops people poking about attempting to gain access to our backend..
2. Treat our website like cold storage. We keep nothing there. so there is nothing for a hacker / attacker to gain from poking at it. If we hosted it on our own network then that would be a different story. its called split database architecture. and its in place to prevent hackers getting access to our networks.
3. that gmail address is my personal gmail address. We do not use Gmail for our customers, Each customer is given a email address to contact us on that is not publicly available. again this is to stop people sending us nasty virus's, we deal with cybercrime and hacking attacks on a daily basis so we also take our own personal security very seriously.
Thanks
