Uhm.. such a hard thing to decide, besides I do not have anything  to sell.  .   Maybe that bank is just being practical in saying those things and just securing the money that you will saved incase inflation happened and there is economic crisis in the near future.   I do not agree on selling everything as you don't know if ever this will happen.  For the price of btc, I am sure that it will still have a high value in the market.
