The all-time low happened over a year ago (April 14th, 2015) at $0.29 per NMC¹. It seems to me that some whales keep the NMC and PPC prices within the $0.30 to $0.50 range. That way both have become two reliable investment alternatives besides BTC and LTC, with code matured and hardened for over 5 years. No DAO surprises ;-)
