any1 else believe that crypto coins in general came out relatively unscathed thru Brexit?

Pretty bullish imo

Really? I was told by various cryptoeconomists that Brexit would send BTC through the roof.
Color me unimpressed.

ah, and you thought "through the roof" meant a non-linear jump to something like $4k, right?   Cheesy Cheesy

Not going down would've been a good start.

I believe that is part of the point that SheHadMANHands is making regarding your apparent unrealistic expectations....

You mean expecting X to happen when X is predicted by cryptocognoscenti?
1. I was told "if (Brexit) then (bitcoin skyrockets)
2. Brexit
3. Bitcoin tanks

If I told you
1. If (you turn on this light switch) then (a light bulb goes on)
2. You turn on the switch
3. The light bulb does not go on; on the contrary, everything goes pitch-black; in the resultant darkness, Bubba materializes out of (seemingly) nowhere and rapes you.
...what would you say about statement #1?

Yeah, you'd say "Ow owowowowOOWWWW!!!" WHY?!"

I'm in a similar situation. Local macroeconomics experts have told me Biotcoin would skyrocket if Britons voted for Brexit. Britons voted for Brexit. As soon as they did, bitcoin stopped going up, momentarily froze at the apex (per immutable laws of ballistics), turned arownd, and started accelerating at 32.2ft/s2 towards my financial ruin.
How fast is that in money, you say? Let's see... Currently  Bitcoin (BTC) $650.37 (-4.25 %)
 "Ow owowowowOOWWWW!!!" WHY?!" Cry

It's important to dump on anybody that believed that.
