Just throwing it out there. I physically drove down and visited Pop, and it was all dandy. Met the old owner, actively chat to the new owner. If you think it's a scam and whatnot though, don't invest there it's all good we don't mind 
That confuses me, since the 'new' owner says it is now located in a new area with no registration laws. So what is the address then, they say its no longer the one listed on the site or the legal UK registry.

Thats strange, i replied you that btcpop will be moved to another jurisdication and not that its already moved.
I also wrote that btcpop will become more transparent.
