well my wish was not exactly on your list, but according to your options in your list, i would go for clothes in bulk , buy all the type of fashioned clothes i need and im actually interested in collecting and wearing them 
I also think that clothes is a good thing to step into because its a nice and can be very profitable, the buy in of such clothes is cheap in my eyes.
Well for me clothes also are really a good thing to buy. And it is also a type of investment if you are going to buy some.
After wearing them you can just sell it on a garage sale.
And you can get return from your clothes.
