The cheapest PC build.

Every so often I find it amusing to find out what is the cheapest complete PC that can be built from parts on Newegg.
Today this was the result of 10 minutes of browsing.

The flash drive is for the assumption that the person does not have any PC whatsoever, but they could go to an internet cafe or something and put a bootable Linux installer on the flash drive.

I know I didn't consider net-tops or combo deals. See if you can do better : )
