Did you find the location of your wallet? C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin If yes send me a list of all files in there...
Did you try to launch program with administrator privilege?
Where is bikercoinwallet.exe did you try to relocate it in "C:\Program Files\Bikercoin GUI\bikercoinwallet.exe"
Windows 10, which language? (e.g. English, Russian, French)
