I have never understood take back % how does it work ? Like if I lose 100btc what do I get back ? And why do you do take back ? To attract people or ?
In poker you aren't playing against the house, you're playing against other players.  Instead of a "house edge" the house takes a commision based on how big the pot is (in cash games) or on how much the buyin is (for tournaments).

As part of the loyalty program/affiliate program, Betcoin returns a % of the commision they take to the player/affiliate.

Unfortunately, Betcoin doesn't return the % they advertise.  Instead of adjusting what they advertise, or returning what they advertise, they choose to lie about it and cover it up.

Because of the nature of the game, most players do not realize they are being shorted.

Twitchy, look at the way you phrase things.  Just because Betcoin made an error in rake almost 1 year ago and has corrected it long ago, doesn't mean they have continued to do so.

You said "Unfortunately, Betcoin doesn't return the % they advertise."  A non libelous way of putting it should have been "Unfortunately, Betcoin didn't return the % they advertised."  Because obviously the rake thing hasn't been a problem for a long time now.

I'm not referring to the time Betcoin increased the rake accidentally, then lied about it/ignored it for months.  They fixed that (you're welcome, by the way)

Read closely.

I'm helping the players, not hurting them.

I'm not denying the issue you mentioned, such as WPN tournaments not being tracked correctly for both VIP and affiliate rb, but that happened in mid 2015.  The problem I have is that you're using the present tense to describe old issues as if they're still happening.

The only issue that I've encountered in the last few months is that a small % of players have been skipped during VIP/affiliate updates and one would have to talk to live support so they can manually update it or wait until the following day or two for everything to be caught up.
