Yupp, seems btc is holding steady and setting up to move up.  All the alts including Rise wont see much action, and likely decline.  1k guaranteed for Rise, and may flash drop to $750.  I am thinking I am gonna transfer some btc to Polo so I can sell btc for USDT if btc price starts real positive movement.
