How will the price go up to even $2000 if most people will already sell at $1000 to take their profits. And if ever it'll reach higher than $1000, who's going to buy them if we all know that the price was a third of it few months ago.
That is a good point most people are waiting for the price to be $1000 because they are tired and to not have to patient to wait any longer so they are going to sell for $1000.
So I do not think that the Bitcoin price is going to be above $2000 this year.

If they do not have patience to hold for longer, it is better to use the bitcoin to buy goods or services. That will help adoption.

if they do not patiently to hold, it is better to do a brisk trade, rather than buy goods or services. it just throwing your bitcoin.
