Dear miners,
We started to send investments back to your wallet. A lot of users forgot to set a bitcoin adress for automatic payments. All investments on 26th will be returned to you. We are really sorry for what is happening, we think that it may take a few days until our website is back, that's why we started three hours ago to send your investments back.
Our mailing adress and phone service are still offline. Use our page to communicate with us. First of all, we dont have to manny solutions. A lot of users dont have a bitcoin adress, so we need one. A lot of users invested on 26th, but your investments and profit are now in a new wallet for safety and we dont have your transaction wallet adresses, that's why is not so eazy to solve this problem.
There is one way to do this. Everybody can lie and everybody can try to steal your money now, using your emaill adress. So please take care.
Use facebook messenger to send your details, you are too manny and our mailing service cant deal with it.
Send in a message the fallowing:
1. Email adress.
2. Bitcoin adress from last transaction used on HashOcean.
3. Date when your account was created.
Team HashOcean

Where did you find this? On one of the tens of "official" fb pages that appeared in the last 3 days?

I think it's fake but i can't tell for sure.

If it's real  .... let it be.

I remember when HashProfit shut down claiming Hackers attack, they also had a page saying about refunds but you had to send an email that cost 0,15BTC ? I'm not sure
I don't thinkthis is real, and people should already put up with situation. Everyone who invested in hashocean most likely lost their money, period.
There is slim chance you will ever receive any refunds. Stop making things worse and send your personal information/bitcoins/money/emails/account details to some random people.

I also think that this information is false.

If that, they started sending transfers is true, it means that in a few days we should receive a large number of confirmations from users  - of course I'd look into confirmations only from trusted Bitcointalk users.
Only then I would send them my e-mail address and other info.
