Why does available supply=2m and total supply=12.8m? What is the difference?

The coinmarket cap hasn't been updated for a while, so the 2.0 million is incorrect.

Also 10 million EXP is controlled by the expanse DAO, which is not out yet.

may i know how much is the supply now and what is the yearly inflation rate please?

Right now 294,604 blocks. Every block has 8 EXP. 2,356,832 EXP right now.
But I'm not certain about how the premine is included in this.

Blocktime is about 1 minute. So 8 EXP per minute. *60*24*365 = about 4.2 million Expanse per year. But EXP will probabyswitch to PoS when Ethereum does, or a mixed version of PoS and PoW.
