I think block your internet is not the answer for stay away from gambling, it will make you bored and will come back into gambling. Find a new hobby is a good plan though.

Or maybe find some real life activities, like playing cricket, playing soccer and if you have no interest in these then try to watch movies and avoid gambling. Being involved in physical activities in better than uselessly blocking internet and then regretting.

I agree, physical activities will give you a healthy lifestyle and you can easily forget your problem as you will be meeting new friend to socialize with,with them you can learn other insights that would interest your to live a healthy lifestyle.

Yeah, but I think things is still depends on the the person who have the problem.
The only thing we can do is to recommend things and that's a good way because we're letting him find the specfic activity that may fit his interest.

Yup! if your a normal person I think you can apply this and you are not addicted to gambling at all you can control the urge in betting in gambling because you know to your self that gambling is really risky, but if the player is really addicted to gambling they can never stop playing it even if they want to stop!

I think it's hard to give advice on how to stay away from gambling, because everyone has the financial, economic and different environments. I would suggest if you have a best friend, ask for help to him to stay away from gambling.

Why would you need a best friend if you on yourself can stop playing gambling if you are not really addicted to gambling you can really get away from betting in gambling, and regarding financial, and economics I think it is in a different situation if you can lump gambling with does other method in getting bitcoin.
