I think this one is pretty new and just a cheap clone of hashocean seems same script. After seeing this one also goes down, i am thinking some action is going on by hosting companies may be after request from FBI or any authority body as i found one article about hackers reporting possible servers/datacenter of hashocean to FBI here http://cointelegraph.com/news/hackers-track-hashocean-mining-company

If this is not the case, usual case is just another ponzi/scam run away. It is safe to just don't even think about investing in cloud mining, never trust any cloud mining platform. Sorry for your loss if you guys have invested there.
