No the bitcoin will not hit this amount its just way too high for the bitcoin and the halving that is coming.
I think 1500 dollar for the halving is way more realistic to be honest, its just not possible with the halving, 4000 dollar...
That's true it's impossible for bitcoin as of now to reach that huge price and to be honest even though that $1.5k price will take more time to reach that because aside from expecting for the price to rise after halving many users also expect for a drop because halving can cause for users to have a panic selling which is bad for the price because it will have a huge down.
