Someone obviously can make 0.5btc from a signature campaign and that won't even take that much hard work as earning from a signature campaign is quite the easiest way around, but it would take him a lot of time if he just relies on signature campaign to achieve his target, he should probably try every method he can to save a lot of his time or to earn more then he is expecting in that time.

but you need more capital to start it, maybe you need 3 antminer S9 to reach 0.5btc/week (before halving after halving you need more hardware to get 0.5 bitcoin.
Exactly depending upon the price variation happening after bitcoin halving you're supposed to update your mining equipment's. Also even with big capital its really hard to get a reliable earning.
yes this will be a big problem for miners after halving. but indeed mining looks easier to get 0.5/week steadily. but really it will require huge costs. but if you are an expert in trade with substantial capital, it will also be easy to make a 0.5/week.
