But like Juguelio wrote maybe version its different because Poloniex not swap their wallet but coin can be manual swap for every user himself no need poloniex to do it.
And always ratio is 1:1 so if you have coins from poloniex its still NAV coin need only swap to new one.
But poloniex is bigger market than Bittrex and many more buyers so price go up faster than Bittrex even they have NAV not upgradet to new blockchain yet.
But its not problem Poloniex make swap I hope when see that coin is good and make them some volumen.
