The Bitcoin Faucet can only give out Bitcoins if there are Bitcoins in it to be given out. Right now it is empty, and thus cannot give out Bitcoins. That's why you don't have any Bitcoins.
At all times i tried that the counter of the Faucet had Bitcoins.
