Lisk is starting to go up when they meet with waves team in moscow. i do think RISE can also rise above. if they just coordinate with some devs and attend meetings. maybe collaborate.
If Lisk could do it, RISE can also do it. I've read RISE is better than Lisk so whatever Lisk can do RISE can do it too.
