That is a great bitcoin project. Well, that is one of the ways to motivate women in using bitcoin by convincing them to use their skills in exchange of bitcoins. 
I don't think it will work, we need to show them the benefits of bitcoin, like earning money from it, can be used for online shopping and we should show them practically how it works.
That is really what the right thing to do, is that show them what bitcoin really is and what can you do once you have it.
Like giving them some bitcoin giveaway and help them purchase what they want and show them that
bitcoin can really be use for buying.
