That is a great bitcoin project. Well, that is one of the ways to motivate women in using bitcoin by convincing them to use their skills in exchange of bitcoins. 
I don't think it will work, we need to show them the benefits of bitcoin, like earning money from it, can be used for online shopping and we should show them practically how it works.
It's great that girls around you are showing initiative and showing their interests in understanding the concept of bitcoin, and you need to be good speaker to convince them for using bitcoins.
