In this case Bob Im just going to say you need to just accept the fund is going in to Escrow. We dont really do contarcts in Crypto. Its sort of like a Free Society
trust based system. Satoshi the invetor BTC was a Free Society advocate or if you like true annarchist.
All those Escrow guys are totally legitimate - no need to ponder this any more. Im not being evasive.
