Blockchain.info's wallet can be accessed via tor by their following onion address mentioned here:

According to the anonymity, you can use Bitmixer.io if you want our coins to be untraceable from a particular address. The more frequently you mix the coins, more difficult it becomes to trace it.
So Blockchain.info allows users to use TOR or VPN with no problem while other online wallets (XAPO for example) strictly forbid any sort of masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address?
Have you read Blockchain's ToS and they are really fine with it?

However, i do believe that when a company actually runs a hidden service and publishes their onion-url on their tld (
) i don't think they'll be able to say they don't allow TOR.
