But it looks like not all was credited. Hve been sent 0.0011btc and got credited around 0.006xxxxxbtc.

On my side it seems like you already had btc in your mine and we just added your new deposit to it.

Yes. I had 0.0009 on my Account (bc i thought i buy Autominer for 72h). Then i saw here that Deposit should work and have been sent 0.0011 to buy Autominer for 168h, but only have 0.00155xxx in my Account after crediting.
