You could get a friend to look up the websites you want and then print out every page like a brochure, bind it & then you can have offline viewing pleasure granted you don't mind waiting a few days or maybe weeks lol.

The other way would be for those friends to browse your wanted websites and save them all to usb for offline browsing and give you the usb
