I haven't received my signature bounty yet. Are they still paying out?
It was July 4th weeekend so bounty payments slowed down.

Can you kindly explain why my Rise account has 0 balance while it shows 1 transaction that I received 1109 Rise from my account? How can I access my Rise bounty if the balance display is 0?
Anyone from the Rise team would like to give an explanation about this situation?
